It’s the little things in life that matter most.
I know this will change but my 9-year old will still…
- Ask to go on my shoulders…
- Hold my hand…
- Wrestle with me…
But for now I remind myself just how fortunate I am to be in this season of life.
Since he’s an only child I only have one tour.
And I know soon these things won’t happen.
But until then I embrace them…in fact, they live for them!
This is a picture of me and him during our daily routine of me taking him to the bathroom to brush his teeth. I could say no to giving him a ride there but I pretty sure he won’t ask me to do this forever.
So, for now, I will say “yes” every time!
Life’s short, embrace the moments that matter!
What are the moments you live for?
